Infotone is the UK's fastest growing manufacturer and B2B supplier of own branded printer cartridges, We are looking for a Telesales Account Manager where you'll be contacting B2B sales leads and developing relationships with our large existing customer base.
Your daily responsibilities will include
- New business sales
- Account management
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Helping customers choose our products for their business through a consultative sales approach.

Your salary package will consist of two parts: a guaranteed basic salary along with an uncapped commission structure and a performance related bonus scheme
What you need to join the team:
- The ideal candidate will have good IT skills, be able to pick up new skills quickly and work unsupervised in a lively fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, Fluent English essential both spoken and written as you will be contacting clients via phone and email.
- You will need to be confident whilst interacting with people at all levels within the business.
- Must have the determination and tenacity to succeed.
- A professional appearance & attitude
- Sales experience an advantage but not essential
Training:
Our training program is second to none and will ensure you are equipped with everything you need to be a success. You will learn sales skills, product knowledge and understanding your clients. Along with on-going support and coaching we will get your career off to a flying start
Job Summary:
- Guaranteed basic salary, uncapped commission and a fantastic bonus structure.
- Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
- Location: Plaxton Park Industrial Estate, Scarborough.
